• Prep before you come. Clean, dry hair is always best for both color and hair extension visits. Wash and dry as you normally would. 

• Personalized Consultation: Every visit begins with a thorough consultation. We love seeing your inspiration photos, hearing your goals, and offering professional guidance to ensure your results are exactly what you want.

• Full-Service Experience: Enjoy our sips & snacks bar while our team takes care of everything — from color, extensions, and custom treatments to styling and finishing touches.

• Your Hair is an Investment: We proudly use Oribe luxury haircare and recommend treatments and haircuts designed to protect your investment and keep your hair healthy.

• Next Appointment: Our front desk concierge can schedule your next visit before you leave — whether that’s in two weeks or twelve — so you never spend a day not loving your hair.

Guest Policies

• Appointments & Cancellations:  Cancellations or reschedules require 48-hour notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time to ensure full service. Late arrivals may result in shortened service.

• Children & Guests: Our salon environment is designed for focused, professional care. Please leave children who aren't enjoying a service at home.

• Respectful Environment: Our team and guests deserve a safe, positive, and respectful space. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Payment: We accept all major credit cards and cash. Gratuity is appreciated but not required and can be left via Venmo or cash.
